Here are answers to some frequently asked questions about
ordering prints from your digital pictures online:

How long does it take to get the pictures printed?
We print your order the same day we receive it, or the next day if you place your order late in the day or overnight. Online orders placed for pickup in our lab are usually ready in about an hour.

How fast do you ship out the digital print orders?
We ship your order the same day we finish it, usually the same day you place your order. FAST!
*Same day shipping is for orders placed Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following business day.

What are the shipping charges for digital print orders?
The charges vary according to the size of your order, but usually run between $3.75 and $6.50 per order.

Can I pick up my order rather than having it shipped?
Sure. Our local customers can pick their orders up at our lab when they are completed.

Can't I just email the images to you?
No - we prefer that you order your digital prints using our online system so that we can ensure that we get all the necessary information, and also so that you get an order total and confirmation number.

Can I order custom size pictures?
Yes. If you want a custom print size that is not offered online simply pick the print size that is closest to your desired size. Then tell us what size you actually want in the special instructions box before you checkout.

Can I order matte, glossy and metallic finish prints in the same order?
Yes. If you want to order prints with mixed finishes (matte, glossy, metallic etc) in the same order you will need to select 'All' under the product list drop-down tab on the print ordering page. When you set the
product list to ALL you can order mixed print finishes within the same order.

Do you color correct the pictures before you print them?
Yes, we look at your images and make corrections as needed. If you prefer that we print your images without corrections just tell us that in the 'Special Instructions' box before you checkout.

Is your online ordering system safe?
Yes, we use secure servers to process your order and our online ordering software is safe and won't harm your computer. We are a Trustwave® validated PCI compliant e-commerce partner.

What types of paper can you print our pictures on?
We can print on matte, glossy or metallic paper. See our paper types here
